Insulation & Drywall

Insulation recently arrived on site and has been installed in all the units of our first building. Drywalling crews are now at work. These homes are really coming together. With just one unit left - Model C - come in for a tour before it's too late!

Arbor Heights' gorgeous exterior detailing includes stone, brick, and beaded siding. These features complement the historical character of Norristown's architecture and offer quality not often found at such great prices.

Construction Update: Sewer Lines Completed

Crews dug sewer trenches today and completed work on adding the sewer lines for the homes in our second building. The trenches will backfilled shortly and framing will begin very soon.

Construction Update: Bricks arrive

Brick has arrived on site. Soon the beautiful brick and stonework at Arbor Heights will be complete. The facade will blend in seamlessly with the historic architecture of Norristown. More photos to come.
