Construction Update: Sewer Lines Completed

Crews dug sewer trenches today and completed work on adding the sewer lines for the homes in our second building. The trenches will backfilled shortly and framing will begin very soon.

Brick has arrived on site. Soon the beautiful brick and stonework at Arbor Heights will be complete. The facade will blend in seamlessly with the historic architecture of Norristown. More photos to come.

Construction Update: Roofing and Windows

Lots has happened the last few weeks. Framing is finished and the roof is complete. One can really see how Arbor Heights fits in beautifully with the neighborhood. Electrical, plumbing and heating crews are now hard at work inside the building, while windows were installed earlier in the week. The large windows at Arbor Heights let in lots of light and take advantage of the great views from the upper floors. Since we last checked in the concrete for porches were poured and framing lumber was delivered to the site. Framing began on Monday and construction crew has almost finished laying the floors for the ground floor units. Select units in the second building are now on the market. Foundation walls were poured recently. Things will start to go up fast once framing begins in the next week or so. Our first building is filling up and we will be opening sales in our second building soon.
